Where is the church?

Where do I park?
Parking lots are available on the east and west sides of the church. Handicap parking is available in both lots.
What makes FUMC of Jupiter-Tequesta unique?
FUMC of Jupiter-Tequesta is a unique community of faith. We offer a wide variety of worship, spiritual growth, and service opportunities. We have two worship services in the winter and one worship service in the summer every Sunday morning. All of them offer the Word of God. We also have services and events during the week for people who wish to develop their relationship with Jesus Christ through fellowship, and in-depth biblical teaching. In addition, small groups meet throughout the community, fostering relationships and spiritual growth.
Do I have to be a member of FUMC of Jupiter-Tequesta to take Communion and can children take Communion?
In The United Methodist Church, children are welcome to take communion. It is up to the parents to decide when their child should begin receiving communion.
The United Methodist Book of Worship explains, “All who intend to lead a Christian life, together with their children, are invited to receive the bread and cup.”

What should I wear to church?
Whatever clothes make you comfortable. You will see men in suits and ties as well as casual sports shirts. “Mortals look on the outward appearance but the Lord looks on the heart.” (1 Samuel 16:7)
How long are services?
The 9:00 and 10:30 services usually last about 60 minutes. Wednesday Night Live and bible study usually lasts 60 minutes.
Where do my kids go during the service?
Our children’s ministry provides an exciting experience for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary ages through fifth grade. This allows you to get the most from your experience at FUMC Jupiter-Tequesta while your child has a great time in a safe, friendly kid-centered environment!
If you have a teenager, they are invited to attend the service with you.
When do I need to arrive?
We suggest that you plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of Worship or Bible study.
