Children's Ministry
|
A t First UMC of Jupiter-Tequesta, we believe that children are not only the future, they are a vital and wonderful part of the present, too. We understand the importance of helping children feel that they are loved, cherished, and productive members of their church family.
Each Sunday morning, First UMC offers a variety of opportunities to learn about, praise, and worship God.

9 am Service & Sunday School
This is a shortened worship with the children going directly to Sunday School. During this time, there is a nursery provided for Infants and toddlers in the Office Building, Sunday School for children ages preschool through fifth grade and youth in the classrooms off the Fellowship Hall, and adult classes in the Genesis Room off the Sanctuary and in the Chapel Building
10 am Fellowship Time
Between the two services, coffee and goodies are offered in the Fellowship Hall. Join us to enjoy refreshments, learn more about the church and explore opportunities to get connected.
10:30 am Service
&
Children’s Church
The 10:30 am Worship Service is a traditional hour long service. In the Office Building, nursery is provided for infants and toddlers, preschool through second graders are invited to Children’s Church in the Fellowship Hall after the Children’s Moment in the Service.
Wednesday Kids Club
4-5:30 Wednesday
Kids ages Pre-K 2 and older enjoy music with Miss Dot during our Wednesday Kids Club and Mom's Group time. Kids are divided by age group for 1/2 hour music class, alternating with craft time and free play/homework time.
